Tiny Tots

Tiny Tots introduces young children to structured movement in a safe, supportive environment. Sessions focus on body awareness, balance, coordination, and basic movement patterns, while helping children learn to follow instructions and feel confident in a group setting.

Gymtots builds on foundational skills with increased independence and challenge. Children refine rolling, jumping, climbing, and coordination skills while learning to follow multi-step instructions and complete movement sequences with minimal assistance.

Gymkidz is designed for confident, capable movers. Children apply skills independently across more complex equipment and circuits, developing strength, agility, and movement precision. Lessons also introduce structured sports skills that support school PE and organised sports.
