  • Gymkidz birthday parties are best suited for children aged 1 to 8 years old. Please let us know the ages of the children in advance so we can plan age-appropriate activities and ensure everyone is engaged and having fun.

  • There is no fixed limit to the number of children. However, the final headcount must be confirmed at the time of booking so we can allocate sufficient coaches and plan the activities accordingly. Clients are responsible for ensuring the venue space is adequate to host the number of children safely.

  • Yes! We bring all Gymkidz equipment, which is professionally maintained and safety-certified. Our team will arrive before the party to set up and will handle clean-up once the activities have concluded—so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

  • Activities include a mix of gymnastics obstacle courses, movement challenges, and fun group games. The programme is adjusted based on the children’s ages, group size, and venue layout to ensure a safe, exciting, and well-paced party.

  • Parties can be held at homes, function rooms, club halls, or other suitable venues. Indoor and outdoor spaces are both possible, as long as the area is safe and spacious enough for active play.

  • All Gymkidz birthday parties include 1.5 hours of guided activities, which is the ideal duration to keep children engaged, active, and happy without overstimulation.

  • Our coaches lead and manage all activities. However, we recommend at least one adult remain on-site during the party, especially for younger children.

  • Children should wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement. Grip socks or bare feet are recommended, depending on the venue.
